Wreck Raiders at Origins
If you can believe this (I'm sure you can because you've been playing it already), Wreck Raiders completely sold out at Origins. Here are some photos of demos and the lucky guy who claimed the last copy!

Wreck Raiders at Gen Con
Divers, we'll have Wreck Raiders at our booth #2106, smack dab in the middle of the Family Pavilion. Since most of you already have the game and have played it, come by to catch a glimpse of Fossilis' 3D dino fossil digging game, coming to Kickstarter this fall. If you were lucky enough to get in on a Wreck Raiders demo, we'll see you there!
Speaking of Wreck Raiders at Gen Con
Did you know that BoardGameGeek has a list of games that are going to be at Gen Con? And the games on this list are ranked in order of the number of thumbs they receive. Currently Wreck Raider has 55 thumbs. Not bad for a family game. But if I know our backers, YOU are going to make it move up the ranks!! All you need to do is login and thumb the game here. We are super proud of how fast we've been racing up the ranks on BGG! We're at a good place for a family game that's only got 135 rankings and 78 comments. How do we move this game up faster you ask? Well we've got quite an answer to that question.

After several plays, I see great fun in this game. It's simple enough for children to understand, but you can ramp up the complexity the more you decide to leverage your seashells and plan your moves. There are enough ways to score points that you can work around everybody else...but not all those points are created equal! So analysis paralysis isn't too bad.
Equally important: the solo game is great. It is a little bit difficult to get a hang of how it's different from the regular game -- the solo rules are sort of cramped into a bunch of paragraphs at the end of the book -- but it's a very nifty puzzle with just enough uncertainty to keep it fascinating.

I really like this game more than I thought I would: interesting decisions, positive interactions, and a focus on positioning yourself to gain from your opponent's moves, which, because of the dice drafting, is fairly predictable. I also love the dual-use treasures and the baubles' special abilities.

I played it with my family for the first time and they really enjoyed it. There are different strategies you can use, lots of replayability, and it's not too mean. Even bumping someone off of a wreck still benefits them. You can either choose to focus on optimizing your points or play at a more relaxed pace.

Hey Divers,
@Feld Fan pointed out that in your update is says that winners for the Fossilis contest will be notified on May 30th. That is incorrect. Actually, the winner will be notified on June 4th, 2019.

Hey Divers,
Well, fulfilment started about 3 weeks ago now. We are well on our way to getting Wreck Raiders into your homes and onto your tables. Here is some info on fulfilment to your region:
UK/EU/RoW
GamesQuest did a great job at getting your games out in a very timely manner. I have been incredibly happy with the rate at which they turned this around. If you have not received your game yet and you are in this category, not to worry, games are still fulfilling.
Asia
VFI also did a great job at getting your games out in a timely manner. There is a drastic difference in the time it takes to send games to various countries in your region. Please be patient if you have not received yours yet. It is coming!
US
PSI has completed fulfillment as well. All games have been sent out. If you have not received your game by the end of next week, please contact us and we'll try to find out what is going on.
Canada
Some of you have been concerned that Snakes and Lattes will not do the job they have promised to us. Well, here is a quote from an email I received from them today:
We are currently completing a very big campaign, we hope it will be done today. Yours is the one after. We are on track.
I am not concerned one bit about you getting your games before the end of April. I believe that they are going to do what they have promised they would. I'm very excited about that.

Comments on BGG
It is super simple to learn or teach, the art style is great and the gameplay is fun and tight.
This is a clever dice drafting/ set collecting game with surprisingly difficult decisions throughout and some different paths to go down for scoring points.
Dice drafting, set collection game. Has the right amount of crunch to be an excellent gateway to modern euro style games. Beautiful components and art.
Honestly surprised by this game. Production quality is amazing for the price point, the included expansions (Kickstarter edition) add a lot to it without increasing complexity. Great game all around, will always try to get it to the table.

Hey Divers!
I'm so sorry to be interrupting you with another update today, but I just couldn't contain my excitement.
I just, this instant, got word that the Wreck Raiders bound for Canadian backers are at the Snakes and Lattes warehouse. They have notified me that your games should complete fulfilment by the end of next week.
This means that some of us Canadians will likely have Wreck Raiders in our hands by the 12th of April.
I cannot tell you how excited I am about this! You must be too!!
