Hey Divers!

I want you to know that you are all the very best KS backers!! We couldn't have asked for a better group of people to be supporting us. We really couldn't have done any of this without you. Your messages and posts on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram solidify for us that we have all done a really great job with this game. So, thank you, thank you, thank you!

Now on to some [other] important stuff ...

Shipping to Canada

To all of my fellow Canadians, I await the game with you. Many, many apologies for how long this process is taking. We are still in that dark zone that I mentioned to you a short while ago. The games are coming. That I promise you!! And it will still be during the month that this game was promised to you. I will update you as soon as I get word that your games are shipping.

Replacement Parts

I have to thank those of you who have contacted us with component issues. Probably not something many creators would say to their backers, but ... not only are you incredibly patient, but you're also all making a joke out of your requests. Some of you have joked that one of your divers has lost their lower body due to water pressure, while others have told me that the shark got loose in the box and attacked your divers. Thank you for making this otherwise stressful situation into one that is much more manageable.

On that note, if you are looking for a part to be replaced, please email [email protected], and Sean (our new Marketing Manager) will take good care of you.

What's Coming Next From KTBG

Keep your eyes peeled for some really important information coming in the very near future about our next game, Fossilis, by David Diaz. Watch our Twitter and Instagram accounts to follow along in the development process of this incredible game coming to Kickstarter this September.

What We're Backing

From time to time we like to share the games that we are backing. We do this because we like to support the gaming community and other small publishers like ourselves. We also do it because we know you must like the same kinds of games that we like (since you backed our game).

Endangered, designed by Joe Hopkins, and art by Beth Sobel and Ben Flores is a cooperative dice placement, action selection game where you play as conservationists working to save endangered species. We are so excited about this game for so many reasons.

Check it out here and throw some support their way. And keep your eye on the Center Supporter level, where The Center for Biological Diversity gets a copy as part of your pledge, to use in educational initiatives. That's the pledge level that we chose because of the educational aspect.

Continuing Fulfilment and Wreck Raiders Ratings
about 5 years ago – Sat, Mar 30, 2019 at 01:05:46 AM

Hey Divers!

We are deep into fulfilment for Wreck Raiders. Let's talk about what's going on!

Asia

Your games have gone out and are on their way to your address.

UK/EU/RoW

Your games are being fulfilled as we speak. If you think you did not receive an email about it, I wouldn't worry about it until they actually say that fulfilment is complete. You may also want to try looking into your "other" email folders. The email is often where you least expect it to be. I will update you when GamesQuest says that they are done.

US

PSI began sending out emails yesterday. Just like above, don't worry if you haven't received an email. You will get one. They have begun fulfilment, they haven't completed it.

Canada (why always last!?)

Your games were on their way to Buffalo at the beginning of the week. We're going to go through a bit of a dark period between when they are being sent to Toronto and actually getting to Snakes and Lattes. From our past experience with them, this can take between 1 and 2 weeks. I will keep you updated, my fellow Canadians. I promise.

Wreck Raiders on BGG

It is very important for a game to make a splash on BGG. To do that it first has to register in the board game rankings database. To do that it has to be rated a certain number of times. If you've played, let us know by rating the game. You can do that here.

We'll keep you updated on fulfilment as we get through the next few weeks.

Fulfilment is Rolling and Convention Season is Upon Us
about 5 years ago – Thu, Mar 21, 2019 at 12:07:08 AM

Hey Divers!

Let's get right into it ...

Australia and New Zealand fulfilment is in full swing through Aetherworks. Don't worry if you have not received your game yet, you should soon. Asian fulfilment is also on the move. VFI have sent out your games and you should be receiving them in the coming weeks.

Great news from GamesQuest

Backers who are going to get their games from GamesQuest (everyone outside of Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the US) will be happy to know that they have been incredibly communicative with me. I have used GamesQuest for so many games thus far and have only good things to say about them. They have informed me that the games are scheduled to leave their warehouse by March 29th. However, they noted that they may be able to get the games out earlier. Woohoo! I knew they could do it.

US and Canadian Fulfilment

You'll be happy to know that the customs agents in Atlanta have just about completed inspection and your games are headed to their fulfilment warehouse very soon. Because of the time constraints, we are working on sending them out from PSI (our distributor) or Quartermaster Logistics. Either way, your games will get there safely and in a timely manner. Canadian backers, you'll be happy to know that Snakes and Lattes has your backer report and has processed it. So, they are waiting patiently for your games which should ship out just as soon as they get there.

Freight and Fulfilment, it's Bound to Happen
about 5 years ago – Thu, Mar 07, 2019 at 09:08:14 PM

Hey Divers,

I've got some good news and some not so good news.

Let's begin with the not so good news...

I was notified today that the container bound for the US (games that are expected to fulfill from the US  - directly or indirectly) was flagged for inspection at the boarder. This is fairly routine. And certainly not the first time our games have been inspected. That being said, another delay is on the horizon. Typically it takes a week to get the games from the docks to the warehouse. I imagine it is going to take 2 weeks for this to happen now. So it really isn't the worst news, and still on track to get you your games in April.

Much better news ...

Your games have arrived in Australia and China. Fulfilment for Asian countries, as well as Australia and New Zealand should begin any day now. In both cases the backer reports are in and being processed. We'll let you know when the fulfilment houses in each region have completed their fulfilment.

I have received word from our freight company that the games bound for the UK that will be redirected to your region will land on March 14th at the warehouse. The warehouse already has the backer report and is processing your orders as we speak.

Good News! Freight is on its Way Around the World
about 5 years ago – Sun, Feb 17, 2019 at 01:58:14 AM

Hey Divers!

Let me get to the good news right off the bat!!

Freight

Your games are headed to their various ports. This is the info I received from OXT (the freight company):

US/Canada

VESSEL VALUE/0979-022E

ETA: ATLANTA,GA Mar 14 2019

UK/EU/Middle East/Africa/Mexico/Central America/South America

VESSEL MOL TRIBUTE/007W

ETA: SOUTHAMPTON Feb 28 2019

AU/NZ

VESSEL XIN CHI WAN/197S

ETA: SYDNEY Feb 19 2019

Asia

Your games are already at VFI!

**You can check the status of the ship by Googling the vessel name.

What This Means

Your games will get to their various ports on or around the date they are expected. They will likely sit at their ports for a week or two before they make their way to their various fulfilment warehouses. By the time they get there, I will have submitted all of the info they need to process your addresses. They'll then pack your orders, send you an email with a confirmation, and send your games to you.

Because your games get to their various ports at different times, there will be several different waves of games shipping. When each wave begins, we'll update you.

Locking Down Addresses

This Monday I will be locking down addresses on BackerKit. Please get your last minute address changes in ASAP. If you need your BackerKit link once again, please don't hesitate to contact me. Better now than once your game has already shipped.

It is also you last chance to add on Bugs on Rugs. If you want to add Bugs on Rugs to your pledge, you can do so here until Monday.
